Fans of a dog named Goose gathered for a fundraiser Friday night at the Knights of Columbus Hall in Stamford. Goose, who was left tied to a pole in a NYC basement, made his way to animal control’s euthanasia list. He got lucky and was pulled by a rescue group, only to be diagnosed with Cancer. At Friday’s “Bark for Life” event Goose greeted guests and shared gratitude for the care he’s received. His cancer is in remission. Continue Reading →
