Friends of Binney Park to Host Volunteer Work Day, Saturday May 2

The Friends of Binney Park is hosting a volunteer work day on Saturday, May 2 from 9:30am to 12:00pm at Helen Binney Kitchel Natural Park. This section of Binney Park is located across from the Perrot Memorial Library along Harding Road. The rain date for the event is May 9. All are welcome to come help.

Reunion of 1976 Catholic Middle School “Chargers” Basketball Champs: Everybody Had a Role

On Friday a group of former 7th and 8th grader basketball players from what was the Catholic Middle School League reminisced about their win in the New England State Championship in 1976. The reunion was moving, with some former players traveling as far as from Minnesota, Maryland and Florida.
