Open Arts Alliance Announces Their Spring 2027 Season: Featuring Peter Pan, Disney’s The Lion King KIDS, and Alice in Wonderland

Open Arts Alliance is proud to announce its magical Spring 2027 Season, featuring their audition-based Mainstage production alongside exciting class-based programming.

Audition registration is now open for the upcoming Mainstage production, the eternal classic Peter Pan.

OAA is bringing this timeless, high-energy adventure to life and looking for an energetic cast to fill the stage. Follow Peter Pan as he sweeps the Darling children off to a magical world where they encounter the villainous Captain Hook, a band of bungling pirates and the mischievous Lost Boys.

This timeless Broadway musical of imagination, bravery, and friendship is the ultimate opportunity for your child to discover their inner magic, build confidence, and shine on stage! Featuring the iconic songs, “I’m Flying,” “I’ve Gotta Crow,” “I Won’t Grow Up” and “Never Never Land,” Peter Pan is the perfect show for the child in all of us who dream of soaring high and never growing up.

All students in grades 3–12 are encouraged to audition for this exciting multiage production. Those auditioning should prepare to sing a short song of their choice a cappella and will be taught a short dance combination during the audition. Performances of Peter Pan will take place April 24 and 25, 2027, at the Whippoorwill Theater at the North Castle Public Library in Armonk, NY.

Audition slots are limited. Pre-registration is required at www.OpenArtsAlliance.com.

In addition to their Mainstage production, Open Arts Alliance will offer two class-based programs this spring.

Students in grades 1–5 will have the opportunity to take part in Disney’s The Lion King KIDS! Young performers will journey to the African savanna and bring this legendary adventure to life. Packed with unforgettable music, including “Hakuna Matata” and “I Just Can’t Wait to Be King,” this high-energy musical is the perfect place to make new friends, learn great songs and movement, and shine in the spotlight. Each class ends in a full production. Space is limited, so grab your safari gear and register today to join the pride!

Performances of Disney’s The Lion King KIDS will take place on Saturday, March 6, 2027, at Christ Church Greenwich.

Following the success of this fall’s Winnie the Pooh, Open Arts Alliance will once again offer an introduction to live performance for our youngest performers, ages 5 and 6, with Alice in Wonderland. In this new adaptation of Lewis Carroll’s classic tale, our youngest students will bring beloved characters including Alice, the White Rabbit, the Mad Hatter, and the Queen of Hearts to life through a fun, imaginative, and collaborative theatrical process. Designed especially for young performers who are discovering the joy of being on stage, Alice in Wonderland will encourage creativity, confidence, imagination, and teamwork while introducing children to the fundamentals of live performance.

Registration for all programs is now open at openartsalliance.com.
