“This success is 100% attributed to Team Larry and the enormous outpouring of support from this community including events run by Kas Xhema’s Greenwich MMA in Byram, the GWC Rowing Team, a raffle and two on-line auctions packed with incredible donations garnered by team members, and of course, the very generous personal donations from all of you who met the call to make a difference in the fight against blood cancers,” she said, adding, “What we accomplished together was nothing short of extraordinary.”

DeLuca said “Team Larry” was one of three teams who broke the 20+/- year record for the Connecticut/Westchester region.

The goal for the Connecticut/Westchester campaign was $600,000 and as a group they hit $2,486,905!

“Obviously, those are BIG numbers that will make a real impact on finding a cure!” DeLuca said, adding, “I am beyond grateful and humbled by each and every one of you for joining in this fight together.  Although this is about so much more than my personal story, it has been an incredible tribute to my husband Larry for me, his children, family, and friends.”
