On May 13, around 10:00pm Greenwich Police on patrol in the area of Woods Ave, which is off Glen Ridge Rd, spotted a car stopped with its engine running in the middle of the road with its lights on.
The driver, identified as Carol Angus, 68, of Bronx, NY was asleep at the wheel.
After Angus was woken up, he appeared to have red glassy eyes and the odor of alcohol.
He did not perform field sobriety tests to standard. He was arrested and charged with DUI. He was unable to post his $250 bond and has a date in Stamford Superior Court on June 10, 2021.
