CANCELLED: GHS Former Attire Club Free Prom Dress and Tuxedo Giveaway Set for March 14

UPDATE: Neighbor-to-Neighbor has decided to cancel the prom dress give-away on Saturday due to safety precautions for the virus.

The Greenwich High School Former Attire Club is hosting a prom attire giveaway on Saturday, March 14 from 9:00am to 2:00pm at the Tomes-Higgins House in Greenwich.

All students from Fairfield and Westchester counties are encouraged to come and pick out a FREE dress or tuxedo. There are also shoes, accessories, and make-up products or vouchers.

The Former Attire Club is ran by Greenwich High School students in partnership with Neighbor-to-Neighbor in hopes of the cost of prom being minimized or negated for all students who attend.

The club members have spent the past few months reaching out to local businesses and people for any donations of accessories, dresses, shoes, and make-up possible.

The club has curated a great collection of items for this year’s participants and are very excited for those who come to the event.

The club gives a special thanks to Saks Fifth Avenue and Sephora for kindly donating make-up vouchers for a free make-over and make-up products for the girls to take from the event.

The products will be given out on a first-come-first-serve basis, so don’t miss out.

The Tomes-Higgins House is located at 216 East Putnam Ave in Greenwich.
