Georgia Hunter to Discuss Her Acclaimed Novel, We Were the Lucky Ones, at Perrot Library

The Perrot Library welcomes local author Georgia Hunter as she discusses her acclaimed novel We Were the Lucky Ones, a New York Times bestseller. When the author was 15 years old, she learned that she came from a family of Holocaust survivors, and the quest to uncover her family’s history led her to write this book. Spanning five continents and six years, the novel demonstrates that, in the face of the 20th century’s darkest moment, the human spirit can find a way to survive and even triumph.
