P&Z Feedback: Proposed Sound Beach Ave Apartment Building with “Sliver” of Retail is Not Balanced

Developers of 143 Sound Beach Ave met resistance from neighbors and the P&Z commission on Tuesday. Concerns included traffic congestion, parking, and the balance of retail and residential in the “mixed use” building.
