Greenwich Hedge Fund Controller Pleads Guilty to Embezzling over $9 Million

Lawrence Herzing pleaded guilty on Thursday to wire fraud. He was recently employed as the controller of Greenwich-based Contrarian Capital Management, L.L.C.
