Proposed changes: increase parking permit fees, eliminate 1-hour parking in a narrow E Putnam Ave shoulder in Cos Cob, clarify definition of “moving a car” every 24 hours, define “small car,” add no Parking or Standing near the entrance to Belle Haven where landscaper trucks idle in the morning.
