A new pre-application has arrived at Greenwich Planning & Zoning that includes a three story addition at the back of the office building at 10 Mason Street. The property is one of two that sold from BNY Mellon National Association in 2025. The building was first constructed in 1954 with two stories. In 1962 it was increased to four stories, with land added for parking for a total of 60 spaces including two ADA spaces.
The Greenwich Scholarship Association will be the beneficiary of the Woman’s Club of Greenwich’s Concert on the Lawn on Friday, June 5 — an evening dedicated to helping local students achieve a college education through need-based scholarships.

Pre-K for children age 3, 4 and 5 is required by federal law to be provided for free for special education students who are in class with peer students who pay tuition. The number of students identified for Pre-K has tripled since 2012.
