Fresh Bear Prints Alarm Owners of Augustine’s Farm

On Wednesday morning Kathy Augustine noticed the baby Sparrows in the bird house outside her window were not chirping. The bird house at the top of a 10 ft metal pole had been taken to the ground and dragged across the lawn where it was been chewed open and birds removed. A Taste of The Nantucket Project in Greenwich

As a smaller preview of The Nantucket Project’s main event in September featured speakers including Larry Lessig, a professor at Harvard University, who discussed flaws in the American voting system. A short film produced entirely by TNP Labs was screened. The film focused on Richard Saul Wurman, who co-founded TED Conference. The film’s theme was the organization of information in a world increasing in complexity. The Nantucket Project’s main event will be held in September, in the inspiring location of its namesake. Eager for AVID: Needs Clearing House Funds Book Stipends for 24 College-Bound AVID Seniors
