Victoria Horton has gone missing again. After disappearing on July 2 she returned home July 7, but has gone missing again on July 9. On Thursday night, Greenwich Police stated on Facebook that homeless youth who is living on the street or bouncing around crashing at a multiple locations are at a higher risk for multiple risks including physical abuse and assaults, and likelihood of high-risk behaviors.
