P&Z Closes Greenwich Academy Application for Daycare at 96 Maple, Vote to Come

Greenwich Academy provides faculty 42 residential units, which breaks into 22 single family and 2-family houses, and 20 studios and apartments. Rents range from $550 to $800 for one bedroom units.
