The Greenwich Police Department is investigating a two-car motor vehicle collision on North Street in the area of Saint Mary’s Cemetery that resulted in four people being treated at area hospitals for injuries.
At about 4:30pm on Wednesday, Greenwich Police received a 9-11 call reporting that a black Mercedes Benz was operating erratically on North Street.
It was followed by a report of a head-on collision involving the Mercedes and a Chevy Suburban.
The driver of the Mercedes was taken to an area hospital with serious but not life threatening injuries.
The three occupants of the SUV suffered minor injuries and were treated at a local hospital.
