Alpha School seeks to change the use of the building at 20 East Elm from retail to school for children up to grade 8. Currently all retail areas of the building are vacant or will soon be vacant. The second floor is occupied by a medical office. Greenwich Police received information about someone selling cocaine to numerous people in Greenwich. An investigation was conducted that resulted in search warrants, which were executed on April 15. Police seized approximately 5.4 grams of suspected cocaine. Dayne Lewis, 41, of Forest Ave in Cortlandt Manor, NY, was charged with Possession of Narcotics and Possession of Narcotics with Intent to Sell.
