An application has been submitted to the Dept of Public Works Buildings division to demolish a single family home at 97 East Elm Street.

The house was built in 1927. It has 8 rooms, 4 bedrooms, 2 full baths and one half bath on .23 of an acre. The current taxes are $11,392.

The property last sold from One Willow LLC to 97 E Elm Properties, LLC (registered to Toros H Mangassarian) on July 24, 2019 for $2,000,000.

Because the home was built before 1940, a written letter of objection submitted to the Building Division of DPW will trigger an additional 45 day stay of demolition.

The start of the 45 day waiting period was Aug 30. The first date a permit is eligible for issuance is Oct 13, 2019.
