Next for the Wrecking Ball in Greenwich: 1933 Single Family Near Tod’s Point

An application has been filed with the Dept of Public Works Building Division by Eric M.
Klein for approval to demolish a
single-family residence at 8 Bryon Road in Old Greenwich.

The property last sold on July 28, 2011 from Aileen Hewitt to Eric Klein and Amy Cram for $1,750,000.

The house was built in 1933. Any objection to the demolition must be filed in writing to the Building Dept within 45 days, and will trigger an additional 45 day stay of demolition, given that the house was built before 1940.
