Next for the Wrecking Ball: 1910 Shore Colonial in Old Greenwich

An application has been submitted to the Dept of Public Works Buildings division to demolish a home at 9 Keofferan Road in Old Greenwich. The single family home, located south of the village, was built in 1910. The owner is Carol Zuckert of Old Greenwich.

Because the home was built before 1940, a written letter of objection submitted to the Building Division of DPW will trigger an additional 45 day stay of demolition. The home last sold on August 11, 2017 from Roni Rogers to 9 Keofferam Road LLC for $1,740,000.  9 Keofferam Road LLC is registered to Carol Zuckert.
