51 Sheephill Rd has been posted for demolition. The notice says the application is filed by the owners of the Estate of Joan Santoro Et Al.

According to the Assessor’s office the double lot is registered to Carmen Santoro and the split will create two lots of .2599 acres each

The existing home and garage were built in 1900. The house comprises 1,092 square feet.

Each parcel will have 67 feet street frontage and Floor Area Ratio (FAR) of 4000+ square ft.

Because the house is more than 60 years old, any written objection to its demolition submitted to the Building Dept at Greenwich Town Hall will result in the extension of the 45 day wait period by an additional 45 days.
