A new sign outside 7 Connecticut Ave indicates this green house built in 1908, a stone’s throw from Julian Curtiss School, will be next for the wrecking ball. The three bedroom, two bath home is 1,730 square ft.

Just down the road, 84 Connecticut Ave, built in1921, was brought to its knees on Jan. 20.
