Two men were charged with conspiracy to commit larceny. One was also charged with Assault on a Police Officer and Reckless driving and Engaging in Police Pursuit. Police explained the scam starts when criminals create fake accounts on vehicle transport platforms, monitor upcoming shipments and change the delivery location.
