When State Police and DOT workers responded to remove metal debris on I84 in Farmington, they initiated a slow roll. A state trooper zigzagged across the highway lanes, slowing traffic to about 10 miles per hour. On Facebook, someone posted that troopers misused their power to make people late for work for no reason at all. The “slow roll” however, allowed the debris to be removed safely. Continue Reading →
