Dog Dilemma: Kara is Healthy, Smart & Eager, but Deteriorates in a Kennel

Kara was found tied outside a high-kill shelter and had been abused. Her DNA says she is 50% German Shepherd, 25% Cocker Spaniel and 25% American Staffie, but she looks like a Greyhound.
