On Sunday, February 26th at 4:00 pm North Greenwich Church will present a jazz performance, “Farewell to February Blues,” with jazz masters Eric Alexander (saxophone), Jason Clotter (bass), Vinton Hines (drums), and Alexander Nakhimovsky (piano). The jazz is for neighbors and friends –  all are welcome. Christ Church’s Sunday Forum continues with a coffee and conversation with Page Knox, PhD who will discuss “Images of Christ in Art Throughout the Centuries” on Sunday Feb 19, 2023 at 11:15am. The talk will be in Christ Church Parish Hall. Knos will highlight the power of art in Christianity for the last two thousand years in painting, sculpture, and a wide variety of artistic media. Evolving in tandem with the evolution of art, the images of Christ through the ages reflect the styles, techniques, and values of the artistic moments during which they were created.
