Every year on New Year’s Day hundreds of people know to show up at Tod’s Point to plunge into Long Island Sound at precisely 12:00 noon. In fact, this year, by 11:30 cars were queued all the way to Sound Beach Ave to mark the tradition. But it was worth it.
