Greenwich Hospital held a preview party at Aarón Sánchez’s restaurant, Paloma, in Stamford. Greenwich Free Press had a chance to sit down with Debra Ponzek and Sánchez in the restaurant which opened in July and boasts an amazing view of water, boats and the urban skyline.
