January Fathers Forum: Dr. Michael Thompson, Ph.D Explores the Qualities of a Good Father-Son Relationship

Renowned author, consultant and psychologist Dr. Michael Thompson, Ph.D will speak about the qualities that reflect a good father-son relationship during the January Fathers Forum event. Thompson is a consultant, author and psychologist specializing in children and families.

He is the supervising psychologist for the Belmont Hill School and has worked in more than 700 schools across the country, as well as schools in Central America, Europe, Africa and Asia.

Thompson’s most well known books include Raising Cain, Finding the Heart of the Child, Homesick and Happy, The Pressured Child and many more.

Thompson will speak at the Jan. 24 Fathers Forum, organized this month by the OGRCC and The Stanwich School.

The event is free and open to the public at 8:00am until 9:30am at Stanwich. Garden Catering provides coffee and bagels!
