Raphaël’s Bakery on Mason Street in Greenwich is hard to miss, with its orange awning, matching outdoor seating, and cheerful spring flowers. When customers step inside, they are greeted with a wide display of pastries, sandwiches, baguettes and baked goods. Amelie ordered a turkey and comté sandwich, Julia ordered a vegetarian sandwich with a chocolate chip cookie, and Sara enjoyed a prosciutto and mozzarella sandwich.

The event will feature dozens of local, up-and-coming artists, exhibiting and selling their works to the public, including oils, acrylics, mixed media, photography, watercolors, wood carvings, drawings, giclée prints, decoupages and much more.
If you are not currently in a position to bring a pet into your home, you can still play a vital role in contributing to these wonderful organizations. Consider reaching out to these shelters to discuss temporary fostering opportunities, which get animals out of kennels and into a home environment. Additionally, these nonprofits rely entirely on financial donations, volunteer kennel assistance, and supplies from their public wish lists to keep their doors open. – Ava Caroll
