During a hearing run by the town tree warden, residents questioned why when DPW installed sidewalks and granite curbs on Sunshine Ave they installed a guardrail and paved a 21-inch sidewalk between the rail and a 50-inch caliper White Oak tree and then asked the tree warden to remove the tree to make a wider sidewalk.
