The home was sold from Andrew H Madoff Est on April 8, 2016 to Waterview Cottage LLC for for $1,435,000. Andrew H Madoff was the son of the disgraced Wall Street financier Bernard Madoff.

The Secretary of State lists the principal of Waterview Cottage LLC as Aldo Pascarella, Manager.
