On May 21, Greenwich Police responded to Cos Cob on a report of an intoxicated woman being verbally abusive to a victim. During the investigation, Police determined that the suspect, heather Morgan, 36, of 74 Orchard Street in Cos Cob, had achieved a highly intoxicated state and engaged in annoying behavior, and verbally assaulted her victim, throwing water at him, turning lights on and off repeatedly in order to prevent the person from sleeping.
Also, according to police, she repeatedly ignored warnings from police to stop the behavior.
Ms. Morgan was arrested and charged for Disorderly Conduct. She has a court date of May 23 in Stamford Superior Court and a bond in the amount of $250.
