P&Z to Dedicate Meeting to Discussion of 309-Unit Cluster Development on American Lane

At the Dec 20 P&Z meeting, attorney for the applicant Tom Heagney said there had been discussions with the Affordable Housing Trust Fund about a fee in lieu of $250,000, rather than including affordable housing at American Lane.
