Kathy and Farmer John were super busy on Tuesday. Customers formed a steady stream, most eager to purchase ears of Augustine’s own corn. “We’ve been picking right here for 12 says,” Kathy said, pointing from the farm stand out to the field.
Corn is 60¢ an ear or $7.00 a dozen. It’s delicious!

- 1 small sweet onion, chopped
- 1 red pepper, chopped
- 2 ears corn on the cob, kernels removed
- 1 large zucchini, sliced
- 1/4 cup chopped fresh parsley
