On Monday the rain held off and the Old Greenwich Memorial Day parade was a cool affair with temps hovering around 65° for most of the morning. The parade featured members of the two political parties, police, fire and other emergency services workers, the OG Garden Club, Boy Scouts and of course the fleet of parents pedaling Dutch cargo bikes full of toddlers.
