Dr. Markus holds a Bachelor of Arts from Vassar College in Political Science, a Master of Public Administration from Syracuse University, a Master of Science in Childhood Elementary and Special Education from Mercy College and is currently pursuing a Certificate in School Management and Leadership from Harvard University.
