Greenwich Police responded to a home in Chickahominy on Feb 19 in response to a report of a physical fight. Investigation revealed that during the argument, Oscar Jonathan Del Rio Reyes, 32, head butted the victim and threw him to the ground. Police also said that when a second victim attempted to call police, Del Rio Reyes grabbed her wrist to stop her, causing an abrasion. Police say Del Rio Reyes also punched two doors during the incident. Del Rio Reyes was arrested and charged with Assault 3, Interfering with an Emergency Call and Disorderly Conduct.
