Greenwich’s popular Sandblast Sand Sculpture Festival will be held once again this summer at Tod’s Point.
The Parks & Recreation and The Greenwich Arts Council will once again co-host the event.
Sandblast is intended purely for a fun day at the beach, focusing on the creative aspect of sand sculpting. Participants need only bring shovels, pails, and any tools to create a sand sculpture. Participants will also need to check-in at the middle pavilion on the beach and get a flag to mark their sculpture.
The sponsors are Meli- Melo and Beachmate.
Beachmate will again provide the winner with the grand prize consisting of an item from the their line of products. Beachmate may be found at:

Sandblast Sand Sculpture Festival takes place on the beach at Tod’s Point (Greenwich Point Park) on Saturday, July 21, from 12:00 Noon to 2:00pm.
(The Rain date is Sunday, July 22 at 1:00pm- 3:00 pm).
