Two Joe’s from Greenwich Deliver Fried Chicken Dinner to Adults with Disabilities

Chicken Joe, aka Joe Marini, partnered with the Needs Clearing House to provide a fried chicken, potato cones and coleslaw summer banquet to the Disability Resource Network in Bridgeport and Derby.

The Disability Resource Network, whose mission is to empower young adults with disabilities to live as independently as possible, looks after over 100 young adults daily. They serve people suffering from cerebral palsy, brain and spinal injuries resulting from accidents, and other trauma.

The lunch was such a success, and Needs Clearing House and Chicken Joe plan to continue it monthly for the Disability Resource Network and other charitable organizations, like the Bridgeport Rescue Mission, offering food and shelter to folks throughout Fairfield County.
