ICC’s Community-wide Celebration, HoliFest, Returns to Roger Sherman Baldwin Park on May 4

HoliFest 2024, an annual celebration of Holi and rite of spring, will be presented by India Cultural Center (ICC) on Saturday, May 4 from 3:00 to 6:00 pm in Roger Sherman Baldwin Park in Greenwich. The event is expected to draw nearly 1,500 people of all ages for a day of music, dancing, fun activities and of course, an epic color throw. Town Requests 3-Year Variance from Gas Leaf Blowers Summer Ban

At Thursday's Board of Selectmen passions rose, again, related to gas power leaf blowers. In this case, it was over a proposed Noise Ordinance Variance to extend of time the town would have to switch to electric equipment.
