On Sunday, March 30 from 8:00am to 11:00am, Greenwich High School baseball players will be outside five locations throughout the Greenwich community collecting donations. (Rain date April 6).
A team captain will be at each location.
This event is one of the largest fundraisers to support the team for the upcoming season.
Funds raised help to pay for gear, meals and additional needs for the team.
Please look for the players around town and contribute as generously as possible.
The Greenwich High School Baseball Team especially thanks the GREENWICH OLD TIMERS who made a $5,000 donation to help with the purchase of a new pitching machine. They are extremely grateful to Peter E. Carlson, Jr. who attended the first home field practice this season.
The first home game will be on Saturday, April 5. Please come support the team as they return to Cardinal Field, after a year closure for soil remediation.
