Fleishers Greenwich to Host Third Thursday Series: Burgers, Beers and Butchers with Samples and Butchery Demos

Screen Shot 2016-02-16 at 8.47.54 PMStarting Thursday, Feb 18, Fleishers Greenwich will host a monthly open house called “Burgers, Beers & Butchers” to welcome the local community. BB&B will take place on the third Thursday of every month from 5:00 pm – 7:00 pm.

On these nights, the shop will welcome the community for butchery demos, and the butchers – aka the meat concierges – will offer advice on how to buy and prepare meats. Guests are encouraged to get to know the butchers and ask questions about cuts, sourcing, recommended cooking tips, etc.

The event is free and open the public.
