On Sunday, April 3, the Beacon School is hosting the 2016 Fairfield County Educational Forum for families with intellectually curious students. The forum is presented by Scholar Search Associates and will be held on Beacon’s campus at 111 West North Street in Stamford from 9:15 am – 4:00 pm.
The event is open to anyone who is interested in learning about opportunities designed to support the unique needs of critical and creative thinkers. Admission is free.
The forum will include educationally relevant presentations and discussions for parents, interactive sessions and mini-courses for students in grades 4-12, and exhibits showcasing local and national resources. Some of the organizations that will be represented include Johns Hopkins CTY (Center for Talented Youth), CAG (Connecticut Association for the Gifted), Writopia, Zaniac, Greenwich Education Group, and many others.
