The house was built in 1923.
It was sold from Peter Doran, Trustee of Elizabeth and Doran Irrevocable Trust to 11 Anthony Place LLC on Aug 18, 2017 for $622,500.
11 Anthony Place LLC is registered to Wayne and Janet Effron of 16 Birch Lane in Greenwich.
