Does Your Team Have What it Takes? Deadline to Sign Up for YNet’s Ult. Frisbee Tournament is Fast Approaching!

For any fan of ultimate frisbee, good music, good food, and a fun time with friends, YNet’s Ultimate Frisbee tournament is an event you won’t want to miss! With the deadline to register fast approaching this Friday, May 29, there are still a few days left to register.

The tournament is expected to take place on this Sunday the 31, and the rain date is June 14.

Each team should comprise of 7-10 players.

Each year YNET, a club founded to prevent teen dating violence and foster positive relationships, asks local businesses to sponsor the tournament, gathering teams from all around Greenwich to have fun and compete in an event that is a guaranteed good time for all involved. In the past, tournaments have brought together high school friends, returning college students, and grads alike to unite and compete in the spirit of competitive fun.

At the event, there will be a DJ,  sandwiches and food from the area’s favorite Deli’s including: Corbo’s, Cardillo’s, Kings, Rinaldi’s, Riverside Deli, and others. Prizes include free meals at local restaurants, T-shirts, and sport items. There will also be a Sno-cone machine and raffle prizes. The event will take place at the Western Middle School fields, chosen for its space and locality.
