The Junior League of Greenwich and the Town of Greenwich are pleased to announce that this summer residents will have a special addition to their beach pass privileges – an outdoor pool. This exciting debut began with the Junior League and the Town joining forces in 2010 to revitalize Byram Park and build a new outdoor community pool. At that time, the Junior League of Greenwich agreed to conduct a major capital campaign to provide funding towards “The Greenwich Pool,” the centerpiece of the Byram Park Master Plan. The Greenwich Pool, with capacity for 300 people, will be fully handicapped accessible with a main pool, kiddie pool, splash pad, changing areas, showers, restrooms, a café and picnic area.
