Greenwich Police Assist Investigation Leading to Sentencing of 22-Year Old Man for Distributing Oxycodone

A 20-year-old man was found unresponsive at a friend’s residence in Weston in January. He remains unresponsive, has no brain activity and is currently receiving care in a nursing home.
This week Tahir Farid was sentenced, following an investigation including Greenwich Police. The statewide initiative targets narcotics dealers who distribute heroin, fentanyl or opioids that cause death or serious injury to users. Continue Reading →
