The ninth annual Howl & Prowl event took place in the lot beside Havemeyer building on Greenwich Avenue. Winners included a girl and her dog dressed as matching gumball machines, a dog who bore a resemblance to Donald Trump and a toy Poodle dressed as Cinderella complete with Prince Charming, glass slipper and magnificent carriage.
