YWCA Greenwich Embraces Displaced Cos Cob School Students

YWCA Greenwich hosted 84 children on Friday from Cos Cob School. The students all had a great time taking swimming, gymnastics, yoga, tennis and other classes.

Students will begin classes on Monday, and YWCA Greenwich is working with the Greenwich Public Schools District on arrangements to pick up Cos Cob students who are registered in the YWCA’s Kaleidoscope after-school program.

Parents who are looking for alternative after-school programs while Cos Cob School is under repair, should contact Arthur Smith, Manager, YWCA Greenwich Elementary and Middle School Programs, at [email protected] or 203-869-6501, ext. 251.

Space is limited, but YWCA Greenwich will do its best to accommodate everyone.

“YWCA’s mission is to support the community, and we are happy to welcome students and support the community,” said Mary Lee Kiernan, President and CEO, YWCA Greenwich.
