On Oct 7 around 5:00pm, Greenwich Police observed a white Honda Civic missing its front license plate traveling on East Putnam Ave in Riverside.
Police conducted a motor vehicle stop and upon investigation determined the driver was using a stolen license plate and had no driver’s license.
The driver, identified as Kevin Samayoa-Ramirez, 18, of North Main Ave in Port Chester, was charged with Driving and Unregistered Motor Vehicle, Improper Use of Plates, Failure to Display Plates, Driving without Minimum Insurance, Driving without a License, Larceny 6.
His bond was set at $500, which he was able to post. He was assigned a date in Stamford Superior Court on Oct 22, 2018.
